Bulkhead union nickel plated brass rapid fitting connects two screwed connections for pneumatic tubes on both ends in straight line. Bulkhead union nickel plated brass rapid fitting is designed to be mounted in a wall or bulkhead to allow tube connection on either side of a panel or other barrier. Nickel plated brass body and lock nut provide corrosion and contamination resistance. Simple to use, just slide back nut collar and insert fitting, then slide back to lock in the connector. The lock nut can be tightened by hand or with a wrench. The special shape of the inner diameter cone protects the tube from accidental damage.

Nickel plated brass rapid fittings can work with pressure up to 20 bar in temperatures from -20°C up to 120°C. All brass rapid fittings are made of nickel-plated brass (with NBR sealing), and are dedicated to work with all kinds of plastic tubes, including, but not limited to: polyamide (nylon), polyethylene, polyurethane.
