PUDC Coiled Bonded Polyurethane Tubing

Coiled bonded PU tubing, also called as spiral bonded PU hose is made from standard bonded polyurethane tubing, provides a cost effective method of routing two or more lines. Coiled bonded PU tubing with self-storing design spring back into its coiled shape automatically after each time using which keeping the hose out of the way between jobs. Coiled bonded PU tubing can be easily separated for routing by simply pulling sections apart without compromising their dimensional integrity. The multi-color coded bonded PU tubing provides quick identification of process lines for tracing and trouble shooting. Coiled bonded PU tubing is extremely tough and resistant to abrasion, overstretching and kink damage. They can be fitted with push to connect fittings, quick couplers or compression fittings to be used. Accommodate metric tubing O.D ranging from 4 mm to 16 mm, inch tubing O.D ranging from 1/8″ to 1/2″.
